For the development of the aerodynamic shapes of the propeller blades, there is available the model working facility with a support of computational methods. The professional background and the facility equipment allows to design and optimise the product exactly according to the quickly developing technologies of production.
The background for wooden propellers contains the large amount of stocked high quality and matured wood, machines for its processing and machining, its penetration and final surface treatment. For the repeated production in large series, there are used the precision copying milling machines, wood machining tooling and fixtures. The facility for manufacturing the composite propellers has been designed for precision and repeated production in large series. The working place for production of composites complies with the highest requirements put upon the production of structures reinforced by carbon, aramid or glass fibres. There are applied the contact, vacuum or pressing technologies and newly also the injection and heat initialisation process.
The production of all metal items for propellers is carried out in the own workshops, equipped with precision metal working machines. Actually all parts of propeller arose in a single manufacturing equipment. Due to it, it has been achieved the technical perfection and continuity of production. The last advance of these facilities, it is a complete production of hot formed plastics in dry way. We produce in this way for example the propeller cones, cockpit boards of the aircraft and the other products.
